Your Responsibilities


Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Fleet Planning, you will perform an integral role to the success and growth of the VistaJet organization.

  • Create and maintain an optimized and balanced fleet schedule around customer bookings to maximize fleet availability opportunities.
  • Work cross functionally with Operational and Commercial Teams.
  • Work closely with Fleet Pricing Team to identify trends and opportunities, moving aircraft to high demand regions to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Sales Team to provide visibility on directional needs and opportunities to maximize sales.
  • Suggest ideas to help support the operation and increase the number of aircraft delivered.
  • Provide support in balancing/assigning VistaJet trips to other group-owned fleets.
  • Make fleet allocation decisions that increase revenue while de-risking flights to provide more supply to customers.
  • Make decisions to optimize flights based upon the schedule when aircraft availability is constrained.
  • Identify low utilization flights to move onto our other group-owned fleets, or off fleet to our partner network.
  • Collaborate with all Vista entities and manage aircraft holds during peak periods.
  • Coordinate allocation of fleet across commercial entities.
  • Assist building business processes to support use of Fleet Optimization Technology.
  • Work to develop extensions of Fleet Optimization Technology to address large operational and commercial problems.
  • Partner with the Technology team to implement Fleet Optimization Technology across fleets.


Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of Operational or commercial experience, preferably in private aviation.
  • High school diploma or GED. University degree a plus.
  • Creative and fast-moving individual.
  • Ability to collaborate, build and maintain relationships with cross functional departments.
  • Trusted, with a strong level of ownership and ability to maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented; able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to pivot in a constantly changing environment, navigating ambiguity and fast changes.
